Oh dear! I have a grave feeling that it won't be long before I regret starting this blog. Nevertheless I need some way of jogging my memory about the food we eat and some of the stunning bike rides I do each day. If the routes and recipes are of interest to anyone else I'll be pleased to share them. However be warned my cooking is not a precise art, more a "splash of this or a squeeze of that" than precise detailed measured amounts; and is largely driven by what is seasonally available.
Today was a shortish ride from St Geniès to Coujan and Veyran; then on to Chateau Mus and Chateau St Martin and then home; about 23k in about an hour.
